Every glove is handled individually. There is no production line here and no one-size-fits-all restoration, which is the honest reason turnaround is measured in days rather than hours.
Complete disassembly is the defining standard of The Revive. Premium American leather lace and professional leather-care products throughout. Lace thickness, color placement, tension, pocket and shape all matched to the glove and to what you asked for. Nothing gets cut short to push volume.

Clear expectations before acceptance
The limits, stated up front
Restoration works with the leather that is already there. Being straight about that before you send a glove is more useful than an apology afterwards.
We do
- Clean and condition the existing leather
- Reinstall the glove’s existing padding and components
- Improve dryness, surface cracking and fading where the leather allows
- Color-matched dye and logo touch-ups where eligible
We don’t
- Sew or stitch
- Replace torn leather or repair structural leather damage
- Repair dry rot
- Install new padding
A glove may come back slightly stiff from new lace. That settles naturally through normal catch, and it is a sign the tension was set properly rather than a fault.

The goal is to be the place players confidently send their most valuable gloves, knowing each one is tracked, handled carefully and restored without shortcuts. Trust before volume, in that order.
