Straight answers

The things people actually ask before shipping

How do I know my glove is safe?

Every glove gets its own tracked page the moment it is approved. You see each stage, with photos taken at the bench during your restoration. Inbound and return shipping are both tracked, and the return label is generated from the address you verify at intake.

What does mail-in actually cost?

The same price you would pay dropping it off: The Revive from $150, a Complete Relace from $125. Mail-in adds round-trip shipping, quoted from your own address rather than guessed. You approve one final all-in total before anything is charged. No surprise charges after the fact.

How long will it take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 days after your glove arrives, not from when you order. Shipping time sits either side of that, and you can watch both legs on your order page.

What if my glove is not a good candidate?

Paul reviews your photos before quoting. If the leather is too far gone, or the glove is synthetic and not worth restoring, he will tell you that instead of taking your money. Some gloves get declined, and that is the honest answer.

Do you do catchers mitts and vintage gloves?

Yes, on a custom quote after review. Catchers and first-base mitts, trapeze and six-finger gloves, and anything twenty years or older get looked at by hand before a price goes out.

What if a lace pops afterwards?

Every serviced glove carries a 90-day lace warranty covering a lace popping during normal use. Message Paul from your order page and he corrects it.

Packing it, briefly

Any sturdy box works. Wrap the glove so it cannot slide around, and leave the lacing as it is even if it has come loose, since a loose lace tells Paul something about how the glove was used. You do not need to clean it first. Cleaning it is the job.

Launch shipping is standard continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and expedited go on a manual quote, so message first and Paul will price it properly.
